卷簾門簾板驗(yàn)收的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)介紹

一、對于工業(yè)快速門簾板相鄰的互鎖串聯(lián)卡扣要轉(zhuǎn)動靈活，在擺動幅度±900范圍內(nèi)禁止有脫落現(xiàn)象，對于具備防煙密封性能的重疊形簾板卡扣串接后，擺動幅度范圍±900內(nèi)同樣不允許有脫落的現(xiàn)象。

1、 For the interlocking series buckles adjacent to industrial fast door curtain panels, they should rotate flexibly and must not fall off within a swing range of ± 900. For overlapping curtain panel buckles with smoke sealing performance, they should also not fall off within a swing range of ± 900.

二、對于工業(yè)卷簾門的門簾板驗(yàn)收，其門簾板必須要平直，并且筆直程度每米不能高于1.5毫米，全長的直線度不能超過0.12%。

2、 For the acceptance of door curtain panels for industrial roller shutter doors, the door curtain panels must be straight and the straightness cannot exceed 1.5 millimeters per meter, and the straightness of the total length must not exceed 0.12%.

三、門簾板的兩側(cè)擋板以及防竄裝置必須裝配牢固，裝配成卷簾以后，門簾板的竄動曠量絕不能夠高于2mm。

3、 The two side baffles and anti tampering devices of the door curtain panel must be firmly assembled. After being assembled into a rolling shutter, the tampering clearance of the door curtain panel must not exceed 2mm.

四、工業(yè)快速門簾板在裝配好之后，絕不允許有任何縫隙以及空洞的存在。

4、 After assembly, there must be no gaps or voids in the industrial fast door curtain panels.

五、對于具備有防煙密封性能的門簾板，門體內(nèi)外鼻鉤竄接后的接觸面成一定的弧面接觸，弧面角度在300范圍內(nèi)。

5、 For door curtain panels with smoke proof sealing performance, the contact surface between the inner and outer nose hooks of the door body forms a certain arc contact, and the arc angle is within the range of 300.

六、在工業(yè)快速門的門簾板裝配完成以后，運(yùn)行過程中絕不允許有任何傾斜的情況存在，正常應(yīng)是平行升降，門簾的凹凸不平直長度不能大于洞口高度的1/300。

6、 After the assembly of the door curtain panel for industrial express doors is completed, no tilting is allowed during operation. Normally, it should be parallel lifting, and the uneven length of the door curtain should not exceed 1/300 of the height of the opening.
