　　1防火門的概念及作用

　　The concept and function of fire doors

　　防火門通常是指設(shè)在樓梯走道、電梯間、電纜井、排煙道等等一些封閉場所的門。

　　Fire doors usually refer to doors installed in enclosed places such as stairwells, elevator shafts, cable shafts, smoke exhaust ducts, etc.

　　防火門起的作用就是在一定時(shí)間內(nèi)能滿足耐火穩(wěn)定性、隔熱性，可以阻止火勢蔓延及擴(kuò)散，確保人員疏散是消防工作中必不可少的設(shè)備。

　　2防火門圖解構(gòu)成

　　防火門是由門框、面板（內(nèi)填充隔熱材料）、防火五金配件、電磁門吸等部件組成。門扇通過合頁連接形成，門上配置閉門器、防火鎖，雙扇門還加裝暗插銷（裝在固定扇一側(cè)）和順位器，以防門扇中縫的搭疊。與常開防火門聯(lián)動(dòng)的有火災(zāi)探測器和火災(zāi)聯(lián)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)。

　　A fireproof door is composed of door frame, panel (filled with insulation material), fireproof hardware accessories, electromagnetic door stopper and other components. The door panels are connected by hinges, and are equipped with door closers and fire locks. Double doors are also equipped with concealed locking pins (installed on one side of the fixed panel) and alignment devices to prevent overlapping of the seams in the door panels. 　　1、防火材料

　　防火門門扇內(nèi)填充對(duì)人體無害的防火隔熱材料.

　　珍珠巖防火門芯板采用膨脹珍珠巖為主要原料，與一定比例的無機(jī)高黏合劑和化學(xué)添加劑混合，經(jīng)過一整套工序加工而成。由于采用的膨脹珍珠巖是天然珍珠巖礦砂，經(jīng)1300℃以上高溫瞬間膨脹而成的、結(jié)構(gòu)呈中空蜂窩狀的顆粒球形體，因此制成的防火門芯板是一種天然綠色的理想產(chǎn)品。

　　2、順序器（順位器）

　　雙扇防火門應(yīng)具有按順序自行關(guān)閉的功能，配合閉門器使用，控制雙開門先后關(guān)門順序。

　　Double leaf fire doors should have the function of self closing in sequence, and be used in conjunction with door closers to control the closing sequence of the double doors.

　　防火門無法確保雙扇防火門能正確按順序關(guān)閉 ，容易產(chǎn)生門隙問題，無法達(dá)到有效隔阻煙火的設(shè)計(jì)要求，讓門按左右順序關(guān)上，如果右邊那扇先關(guān)上，順位器順序器就會(huì)頂住，讓左邊那扇防火門壓下順位器順序器并先關(guān)上門，右邊防火門再按順序關(guān)上。

　　Fire doors cannot ensure that double leaf fire doors can be closed correctly in sequence, which can easily lead to door gaps and fail to meet the design requirements for effective smoke and fire isolation. It is recommended to close the doors in left and right order. If the right leaf is closed first, the sequencer will press down on the left leaf fire door and close the door first, and then close the right leaf fire door in sequence.

　　雙扇防火門通過安裝順位器順序器，保證左邊防火門能先行關(guān)閉，右邊防火門隨后關(guān)閉，雙扇防火門才能確實(shí)有效隔阻煙火。

　　Double leaf fire doors can only effectively block smoke and fire by installing a sequencer to ensure that the left fire door closes first and the right fire door closes later.

　　3、閉門器

　　3. Door closers

　　防火門應(yīng)安裝防火門閉門器，或設(shè)置讓常開防火門在火災(zāi)發(fā)生時(shí)能自動(dòng)關(guān)閉門扇的閉門裝置（特殊部位使用除外，如管道井門等）。防火門閉門器應(yīng)經(jīng)認(rèn)可授權(quán)檢測機(jī)構(gòu)檢驗(yàn)合格；自動(dòng)關(guān)閉門扇的閉門裝置，應(yīng)經(jīng)認(rèn)可授權(quán)檢測機(jī)構(gòu)檢驗(yàn)合格。

　　Fire doors should be equipped with fire door closers or door closing devices that allow normally open fire doors to automatically close the door leaf in the event of a fire (except for special parts such as pipe well doors). Fire door closers should be inspected and qualified by nationally recognized and authorized testing institutions; The door closing device that automatically closes the door leaf should be inspected and qualified by a nationally recognized and authorized testing institution.

　　普通閉門器：分為定位閉門器跟不定位閉門器。

　　Ordinary door closer: divided into positioning door closer and non positioning door closer.

　　定位閉門器，門扇開啟到90°可以停門，需要手拉一下才能關(guān)回來。（一般均為常開門用）

　　Position the door closer, open the door leaf to 90 ° to stop the door, and you need to pull it by hand to close it back. (Usually used for opening doors frequently)

　　不定位閉門器，門扇無論開啟到什么角度，門都會(huì)自動(dòng)關(guān)回來。不定位閉門器可以開到120°~180°。(一般均為常閉門用)

　　Without positioning the door closer, the door will automatically close back no matter what angle the door leaf is opened. The non positioning door closer can be opened to 120 °~180 °. (Usually used for closed doors)
