車庫門安裝要注意哪些安裝距離？

1、量出門板與洞口寬度，確認(rèn)洞口兩側(cè)邊沿到門板邊沿所預(yù)留的尺寸。并在門垛上做出標(biāo)記。

1. Measure the width of the door panel and the opening, and confirm the size reserved from the edges of both sides of the opening to the edge of the door panel. And mark it on the door stack.

2、立直軌：在門垛上的標(biāo)記處向墻壁方向15mm處做另一個標(biāo)記，直軌里口應(yīng)與此標(biāo)記對齊。先安一側(cè)直軌，另一側(cè)直軌安裝前要在兩頂口找一水平。為使門板運(yùn)行自如，直軌并非垂直地面而是略向庫內(nèi)傾斜，傾斜角度以門體上下運(yùn)行協(xié)調(diào)順暢為原則，可在門板安完之后再調(diào)節(jié)。

2. Vertical rail: Make another mark 15mm away from the wall direction at the mark on the door stack, and the inner opening of the straight rail should align with this mark. Install one side of the straight rail first, and before installing the other side of the straight rail, make sure to level the two top openings. To ensure the smooth operation of the door panel, the straight rail is not perpendicular to the ground but slightly inclined towards the interior of the warehouse. The inclination angle is based on the principle of coordinated and smooth operation of the door body, and can be adjusted after the door panel is installed.

3、找到底板，上好底密封，底輪架。將鉸鏈下半部分先固定在底板上，注意鉸鏈號碼應(yīng)為自下而上排列。

3. Find the bottom plate, install the bottom seal, and install the bottom wheel frame. Fix the lower half of the hinge onto the bottom plate first, and note that the hinge numbers should be arranged from bottom to top.

4、將第二塊門板放入直軌，固定鉸鏈，然后將門板找水平，確認(rèn)水平后，即可上第三、四塊門板，每塊門板要兩端對齊，后一塊門板不安裝。

4. Place the second door panel into the straight track, fix the hinge, and then level the door panel. After confirming the level, the third and fourth door panels can be installed. Each door panel should be aligned at both ends, and the last door panel should not be installed.

5、安裝平衡系統(tǒng)：在門頂兩側(cè)固定吊架角鐵，將彈簧及調(diào)整法蘭、固定法蘭、中間支架、兩側(cè)鋼絲輪、兩側(cè)軸承支架套上鋼管后把整個平衡系統(tǒng)擎起，將軸承支架固定在吊架角鐵上并在墻壁上固定中間支架，為避免安裝電機(jī)時出現(xiàn)障礙，中間支架位置應(yīng)偏左100mm。

5. Installation of balance system: Fix the suspension angle iron on both sides of the door top, cover the spring, adjusting flange, fixing flange, middle bracket, steel wire wheels on both sides, and bearing bracket on both sides with steel pipes, and lift the entire balance system. Fix the bearing bracket on the suspension angle iron and fix the middle bracket on the wall. To avoid obstacles during motor installation, the position of the middle bracket should be 100mm to the left.

6、架彎軌：用直板連接直彎軌接口，在軸承支架與彎軌之間連接吊架角鐵，裝上一側(cè)彎軌后，要將此彎軌確認(rèn)水平后在固定。另一側(cè)彎軌自身可不測水平，只需在頂端處與根彎軌找一次水平即可。

6. Frame bending rail: Connect the straight bending rail interface with a straight plate, and connect the hanger angle iron between the bearing bracket and the bending rail. After installing one side of the bending rail, confirm that the bending rail is level before fixing it. The other side of the curved rail itself cannot be measured horizontally, just find the level with the first curved rail at the top.

7、安裝后一塊門板，上頂輪架，頂滑輪距離調(diào)整以第五塊門板能夠靠近洞口為準(zhǔn)。

7. Install the rear door panel, install the top pulley frame, and adjust the distance between the top pulleys to ensure that the fifth door panel can be close to the opening.

8、配重：用撬杠絞扭彈簧，一般為6-8圈，不可過強(qiáng)過弱，原則上門體運(yùn)行不暢亦加重電機(jī)負(fù)擔(dān)，將鋼絲繩底端套住底輪架，頂端套在鋼絲輪上，確認(rèn)兩邊鋼絲繩松緊度一致后在鋼管上固定鋼絲輪。

8. Counterweight: Twist the spring with a pry bar, usually 6-8 turns, and should not be too strong or too weak. In principle, if the door is not running smoothly, it will also increase the burden on the motor. Wrap the bottom end of the steel wire rope around the bottom wheel frame and the top end onto the steel wire wheel. After confirming that the tension of the steel wire ropes on both sides is consistent, fix the steel wire wheel on the steel pipe.

9、由法蘭中撤出撬杠，此過程應(yīng)使一人下扳門板，令門體緩慢上升，使門體在運(yùn)行過程中鋼絲繩環(huán)繞鋼絲輪，在凹槽內(nèi)逐一歸位，切不應(yīng)產(chǎn)生竄扣現(xiàn)象。并檢查配重是否理想。如不理想可再適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)彈簧匝數(shù)，這時能感受到門板與軌道之間是否協(xié)調(diào)，可以酌情調(diào)節(jié)直彎軌的距離角度，直滿意并擰緊各處螺絲。

9. Withdraw the pry bar from the flange. This process should cause one person to pull down the door panel, causing the door body to slowly rise and the steel wire rope to wrap around the steel wire wheel during operation, returning one by one in the groove, and there should be no jumping phenomenon. And check if the counterweight is ideal. If it is not ideal, the number of spring turns can be adjusted appropriately. At this time, you can feel whether the door panel is coordinated with the track. You can adjust the distance and angle of the straight bending track as needed until you are satisfied and tighten the screws at all places.

10、將電機(jī)套上鏈條后，用螺絲連接電機(jī)與導(dǎo)軌，通過脹緊螺絲調(diào)節(jié)鏈條松緊度，以鏈條懸離于軌道不與之產(chǎn)生接觸為度。

10. After putting the motor onto the chain, connect the motor to the guide rail with screws, and adjust the tightness of the chain by tightening the screws to ensure that the chain is suspended from the track and does not come into contact with it.

11、安裝電機(jī)：用導(dǎo)軌支架將非電機(jī)一端固定于門板正中間彈簧上方約30mm處，將門板以手動提平行軌道，以此觀察軌道是否處在門板正中間，并與門板垂直，確認(rèn)無誤后用吊架角鐵將電機(jī)與建筑結(jié)構(gòu)之間固定。將導(dǎo)軌上離合器的彎臂與上一塊門板相連。

11. Installation of motor: Use a guide rail bracket to fix the non motor end to about 30mm above the spring in the middle of the door panel. Manually lift the door panel to a parallel track to observe whether the track is in the middle of the door panel and perpendicular to the door panel. After confirming accuracy, use a hanger angle iron to fix the motor to the building structure. Connect the bending arm of the clutch on the guide rail to the previous door panel.

12、接通電源，完成遙控器配碼后，可嘗試開關(guān)車庫門，并用一字螺絲刀通過后面板上的行程旋鈕調(diào)節(jié)門體行程限位。

12. After connecting the power and completing the remote control coding, you can try to open and close the garage door, and use a flat screwdriver to adjust the travel limit of the door body through the travel knob on the rear panel.
